Production
Cutting-edge technology
We have been operating in the thermoplastic molding industry for years, making use of 23 injection molding machines, ranging in tonnage from 60 to 350, of which six are capable of making use of bimaterial technology.
Over the past 5 years, our full-electric machine fleet has enabled us to reduce energy consumption by up to 40% and increase production efficiency.

Not just caps
We specialize in the production of plastic closures for cosmetics and food liquids such as oils, water and beverages.
But there's more: our standard catalog also includes sticks for solid and creamy formulas as well as jars.

It all started with Silo Lorini and the production of thermoplastic injection molds and continued with the production of plastic packaging closure systems for the cosmetic and food industries.
The constant is technology, quality and the constant desire to offer innovation and accept the challenges of a constantly changing market.
1960s
Silo Lorini is born
The company starts the production of thermoplastic injection and blow molds.
1982
Viroplastic is born
The mold manufacturing activity is complemented by the production of plastic closures.
Viroplastic presents itself on the market as a multipurpose entity: producers of standard caps and packaging, manufacturers of thermoplastic injection molds, and partners for the development of full custom projects.

The company's priority goal is continuous improvement, which has been embodied in the UNI EN ISO 9001 / 2000 quality certification.

Viroplastic obtains ISCC Plus (an acronym for International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) certification, which attests to the traceability and sustainability of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products throughout the supply chain.
