Customer Service Representative
Within the sales department, reporting directly to the sales manager, we are seeking a Customer Service with proven experience. The candidate will be responsible for:
- support to the commercial management
- customer and leads master data entry management
- Collaboration with various corporate departments
- Preparation and management of customer samples in collaboration with the quality department
- management of returns and complaints
Complete the profile:
- diploma c/o technical institute or bachelor's degree
- Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in a Customer Service role gained within manufacturing companies
- excellent knowledge of English essential, and knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, German, other...) is welcome
- operational autonomy
- excellent command of the Office package
- Willingness to participate in events and trade fairs in Italy and abroad
- willingness to make short transfers
- motivation and goal orientation
- ability to plan and work in a team
We offer a compensation package commensurate with actual experience and skills expressed in the role.
Employment contract
- Fixed term of 1 year aimed at permanent placement
- Full time Monday through Friday

Production worker
Within the production department, reporting directly to the production manager, we are looking for a plastic molder with previous experience of at least 2 years in the injection molding industry. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Mold assembly/disassembly
- Starting, programming and operating the machinery
- Monitoring press productivity
- Machinery loading/unloading
- Preparation of compounds and/or masterbatches to be used in the production of manufactured goods
- Constant interface with the quality department if defects occur on the finished product
Complete the profile:
- Prior experience of at least 2-5 years in the role, gained within similar manufacturing companies
- knowledge of plastic materials
- operational autonomy
- willingness to work in shifts
- motivation and goal orientation
- ability to plan and work in a team
