Sustainability for us means optimizing every business and production process to reduce the environmental impact of our corporate life.
Ranges from the design of lightweight products with essential design, aiming to reduce the use of plastics, to the use of materials from recycled or circular economy, tracked and certified.
It is then expressed in the production phase through the use of state-of-the-art machinery that allows significant energy savings as well as being powered by self-generated solar energy.
In 2024, we obtained ISCC Plus certification, which attests to the supply and full traceability of the production process of caps and closures, made from raw materials from recovery (waste food oil, forest residues, straw, tall oil...) and circular economy.
ISCC Plus certification, together with our certified ISO 9001 Quality System, enhances our offerings and represents an important milestone in our commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability.
We use RPP to produce caps, capsules, jars and sticks from post-consumer recycled materials, which in turn are still recyclable. All this contributes to the sustainability of products placed on the market and the development of a circular economy.
Over the past five years, we have invested in state-of-the-art, highly efficient electrical production machinery that has enabled us to reduce electricity consumption by up to 40 percent.
In addition, thanks to 5,000 m2 of solar panels installed on our plant, we produce 400 kW of clean energy, further reducing the environmental impact of our production.
